The Truth, Goodness, Beauty Project seeks to renew the Catholic Church by offering a space where faith meets creativity, formation, and community.
Live-Streamed Talks from International Catholic Voices
Season #1 of the Faith & Culture Sessions will take place over six Saturdays in Lent, 2025. Gather with other Catholics to hear discussion on faith and culture from presenters streaming live from around the world. The sessions start with brunch, then enjoy a live-streamed talk from a renowned Catholic speaker, and participate in a relaxed Q&A. Each session sparks thoughtful discussion, fostering deeper faith and an opportunity to connect with other Catholics.
Faith, Community and Creativity
The Truth, Goodness, Beauty Project is a Melbourne-based initiative that began in response to the crisis of faith in the Church and the world. It is designed to connect, inspire, and form Catholics through events, resources, ministries, and community gatherings. The project aims to help Catholics deepen in faith and connect with others. Regular events include 'Faith and Culture Sessions’, featuring talks and workshops by international Catholic speakers. Our ‘Evenings for Catholic Artist’s’ offer opportunities to learn, network, and connect with other artists and creatives. The project also hosts retreats, conferences, celebrate’s regular Holy Hour with adoration and sacred music, and has other initiatives planned as it continues to grow.
How it Started
The Truth, Goodness, Beauty Project evolved from the inaugural Benedict Conference, held in Melbourne in October 2023. With theologians, clergy and over 300 attendees, the conference explored the Church’s rich intellectual and spiritual traditions, inspired by Pope Benedict XVI. Featuring international and local speakers such as Bishop Robert Barron, Jason Evert, and Professor Tracey Rowland, the event offered a unique opportunity to reflect on the Church’s role in addressing cultural challenges and deepening our understanding of truth, goodness, and beauty.
